Abstract | The present invention relates to a cellulose-based substrate comprising native cellulosic fibres and non-fibrous cellulosic material, wherein the substrate is recyclable by repulping with at least 50 wt% of the substrate being recoverable according to EN13430, a method for preparing a cellulose-based substrate, a method for processing the cellulose-based substrate, and use of the cellulose-based substrate for packaging.
