Abstract The present invention relates to a cellulose-based substrate comprising native cellulosic fibres and non-fibrous cellulosic material, wherein the substrate is recyclable by repulping with at least 50 wt% of the substrate being recoverable according to EN13430, a method for preparing a cellulose-based substrate, a method for processing the cellulose-based substrate, and use of the cellulose-based substrate for packaging. La présente invention concerne un substrat à base de cellulose comprenant des fibres cellulosiques natives et un matière cellulosique non fibreuse, le substrat étant recyclable par repulpage, au moins 50 % en poids du substrat pouvant être récupéré selon EN13430, un procédé de préparation d'un substrat à base de cellulose, un procédé de traitement du substrat à base de cellulose, et l'utilisation du substrat à base de cellulose pour l'emballage.
