Abstract The present invention relates to a cartridge for gene extraction and detection, which can select an appropriate antibiotic for a patient at an early stage through identification of infection-causing bacteria or strains and multiple detection of antibiotic resistance gene information. The present invention provides a system for gene extraction and detection, comprising: a cartridge in which a plurality of side chambers are arranged outside a central chamber, and a PCR channel is included at one upper side; a first temperature control unit that maintains at a constant temperature a space where the cartridge is installed; a pump that is connected to an upper part of the cartridge and pressurizes and depressurizes the central chamber; a fixing part that fixes the upper part of the cartridge; a rotating part that rotates a lower part of the cartridge and allows the side chambers and the central chamber to communicate at a desired position; a magnetic material that fixes internal magnetic beads of the cartridge; a second temperature control unit that controls the temperature of the central chamber; a third temperature control unit that controls the temperature of the PCR channel; and a detection part that detects the fluorescence of the PCR channel after PCR is completed. La présente invention concerne une cartouche permettant une extraction et une détection d'un gène, pouvant sélectionner un antibiotique approprié pour un patient à un stade précoce grâce à l'identification de bactéries ou de souches provoquant une infection et à de multiples informations de détection d'un gène de résistance aux antibiotiques. La présente invention concerne un système d'extraction et de détection d'un gène.
