The present invention provides a fiber structure and a three-dimensional filter using the same. A fiber structure (10) comprises an opening part (2) and a protruding part (8) which protrudes from the opening part (2), wherein the protruding part (8) is provided with a side wall part (4) which is formed at a side surface and a bottom part (6) which is formed at a bottom surface, and the depth (D) of a hollow part (5) existing between the opening part (2) and the bottom part (6) is 5-75 mm.
