Abstract This electric vehicle motor control system comprises: a battery; a motor having a rotor and a stator; two inverter circuits that are connected to the stator and each control the driving and regeneration of the motor; and a control device that controls the driving of the two inverter circuits. The control device drives each of the two inverter circuits and gives rotational torques in mutually opposite directions to the rotor, thereby causing the battery to discharge and performing a degradation diagnosis process for the battery on the basis of the output current or output voltage of the battery during discharge. Système de commande de moteur de véhicule électrique comprenant : une batterie ; un moteur possédant un rotor et un stator ; deux circuits onduleurs qui sont connectés au stator et commandent chacun l'entraînement et la régénération du moteur ; et un dispositif de commande qui commande l'entraînement des deux circuits onduleurs.
