Abstract | A cleaning agent composition comprising components (A), (B), and (C): (A) 7-35 mass% of a nonionic surfactant that includes (a1) a multi-chain type nonionic surfactant having two or more of at least one selected from unsaturated chain-like hydrocarbon groups and saturated branched chain-like hydrocarbon groups, and that has an HLB value (mixture HLB value if two or more nonionic surfactants are included) of 9.5-12.5; (B) 60-90 mass% of an oil phase having a viscosity of not higher than 11 mPa.s at 25°C; and (C) 0.05-8 mass% of at least one selected from water, alcohols having 2 or 3 carbon atoms, and divalent alcohols.
