Abstract | The present invention addresses the problem of providing a pharmaceutical composition, particularly a compound that is suitable for preventing and/or treating inflammatory diseases and/or neurodegenerative diseases. The inventors of the present invention conducted extensive studies to find a compound that has an action for inhibiting activation of NLRP3 inflammasomes and discovered that a fused pyridazine derivative has an action for inhibiting activation of NLRP3 inflammasomes, thereby perfecting the present invention. A fused pyridazine derivative according to the present invention is expected to serve as a drug for preventing and/or treating inflammatory diseases and/or neurodegenerative diseases.
La présente invention aborde le problème de la fourniture d'une composition pharmaceutique, en particulier un composé qui est approprié pour prévenir et/ou traiter des maladies inflammatoires et/ou des maladies neurodégénératives. Les inventeurs de la présente invention ont effectué des études approfondies pour trouver un composé qui a une action pour inhiber l'activation des inflammasomes NLRP3 et ont découvert qu'un dérivé de pyridazine condensé a une action pour inhiber l'activation des inflammasomes NLRP3, ce qui permet de perfectionner la présente invention.
