Abstract The present invention relates to a battery pack having improved fixation strength of an accommodated battery module and a device including same and, specifically, to a battery pack having improved fixation strength of an accommodated battery module and a device including same, the battery pack comprising: a battery module having a plurality of battery cells accommodated therein; a lower pack case having one open surface and having an accommodation space for accommodating the battery module formed therein; and an upper pack case located on the one open surface of the lower pack case, wherein a first extension portion extending a predetermined length while being parallel and spaced apart from the outer surface of the battery module is formed on the outer surface of the battery module, a second extension portion extending in the direction of the first extension portion is formed on the inner surface of the lower pack case, and a second accommodation portion extending parallel to the second extension portion and having a shape recessed to a predetermined depth is formed.
