Abstract | Provided is a composition for coating a plant seed, the composition being capable of promoting early growth of a plant or being capable of promoting growth under a stressed condition. A composition for coating a plant seed according to one or more embodiments of the present invention is characterized by containing allantoin, an amino acid, and an agriculturally acceptable carrier. Preferably, the amino acid is L-tryptophan. One or more other embodiments of the present invention relate to a coated seed that comprises a seed of a plant and a composition present on the surface of the seed, the composition containing allantoin and an amino acid.
L'invention concerne une composition pour le revêtement d'une graine de plante, la composition étant capable de favoriser la croissance précoce d'une plante ou étant capable de favoriser la croissance dans des conditions de stress. Une composition pour le revêtement d'une graine de plante selon un ou plusieurs modes de réalisation de la présente invention est caractérisée en ce qu'elle contient de l'allantoïne, un acide aminé et un support acceptable en agriculture. De préférence, l'acide aminé est le L-tryptophane. Un ou plusieurs autres modes de réalisation de la présente invention concernent une graine enrobée qui comprend une graine d'une plante et une composition présente sur la surface de la graine, la composition contenant de l'allantoïne et un acide aminé.
