Summary:The present invention relates to a magnetism alignment apparatus used in manufacturing negative electrodes, and to a method for manufacturing negative electrodes using the magnetism alignment apparatus. The magnetism alignment apparatus can measure, in real time, the level of loading in the negative electrode slurry applied on the negative electrode current collector, and control the distance separating the magnet parts according to the level of loading of the negative electrode slurry to easily control the strength of the magnetic field. Therefore, the degree of alignment is uniformly high on the crystal surface of the carbon-based negative electrode active material contained in the manufactured negative electrode active layer. La présente invention concerne un appareil d'alignement magnétique utilisé dans la fabrication d'électrodes négatives et un procédé de fabrication d'électrodes négatives correspondant. L'appareil d'alignement magnétique peut mesurer, en temps réel, le niveau de charge de la suspension d'électrode négative appliquée sur le collecteur de courant d'électrode négative, et régler la distance séparant les parties aimantées en fonction du niveau de charge de la suspension d'électrode négative afin de commander facilement l'intensité du champ magnétique. Par conséquent, le degré d'alignement est uniformément élevé sur la surface cristalline du matériau actif d'électrode négative à base de carbone contenu dans la couche active d'électrode négative fabriquée. 본 발명은 음극 제조에 사용되는 자성 정렬 장치 및 이를 이용한 음극의 제조방법에 관한 것이다. 상기 자성 정렬 장치는 음극 집전체 상에 도포된 음극 슬러리의 로딩량을 실시간으로 측정하고, 이렇게 음극 슬러리의 로딩량에 따라 자석부의 이격 거리를 조절하여 자기장의 세기를 용이하게 제어할 수 있으므로, 제조된 음극 활성층에 함유된 탄소계 음극활물질의 결정면 정렬도가 균일하게 높은 이점이 있다.
