Abstract | The present application relates to the field of wireless communications. Disclosed are a communication method and apparatus, which can avoid the situation in which a station does not have available resources for a long time, thus increasing the throughput of the station competing for resources, and reducing the data transmission time delay. The method comprises: a station receives a trigger frame from an access point and, according to first indication information in the trigger frame, acquires available resources within a second time period, the first indication information being used for indicating at least one of the following: the service condition of a plurality of resources in a first time period prior to the second time period, or a data transmission result of the plurality of resources.
