Abstract The present invention relates to an adsorption apparatus for adsorbing an upper surface of a battery cell loaded in a loading box to sequentially take out and transport the battery cell, the adsorption apparatus comprising: a base plate capable of vertical and horizontal movement; a suction unit coupled to the base plate to enable suction of a battery cell located below the base plate; and a push unit coupled to the base plate and striking the battery cell to cause vibration in the battery cell adsorbed to the suction unit, wherein the push unit includes a rod which moves up and down and strikes the upper surface of the adsorbed battery cell with the lower end thereof, and the rod descends by the elastic force of a spring.
