The present invention relates to a system for the delivery of an annuloplasty device for restoring a heart valve annulus from a dysfunctional configuration to a working configuration, wherein the annuloplasty device is configured to expand from a pre-set configuration corresponding to the working configuration of the valve annulus, the system comprising a delivery device configured to be detachably coupled to the annuloplasty device, wherein the delivery device comprises a structure configured to expand from a first configuration to a second configuration, wherein the dimensions of the second configuration are substantially the same or greater than the dimensions of the pre-set configuration of the annuloplasty device. La présente invention concerne un système pour la mise en place d'un dispositif d'annuloplastie pour restaurer un anneau de valve cardiaque d'une configuration dysfonctionnelle à une configuration de travail, le dispositif d'annuloplastie étant configuré pour se développer à partir d'une configuration prédéfinie correspondant à la configuration de travail de l'anneau de valve, le système comprenant un dispositif de pose configuré pour être couplé de manière amovible au dispositif d'annuloplastie, le dispositif de pose comprenant une structure configurée pour se développer d'une première configuration à une seconde configuration, les dimensions de la seconde configuration étant sensiblement identiques ou supérieures aux dimensions de la configuration prédéfinie du dispositif d'annuloplastie.
