The present invention provides a needle guide to be mounted on a biopsy device, comprising: a body part; a through-hole which passes through the body part in the longitudinal direction; a biopsy needle inserted into the through-hole and exposed at an end portion of the body part to collect a target tissue; and a plurality of markers formed in the body part and formed to be distinguished from one another around the through-hole, to confirm at least one of the position, angle and direction of the biopsy needle in an MRI imaging environment.
