Abstract | This dressing device is provided with: a dressing mechanism capable of performing dressing on the grinding groove of a grindstone having a spirally continuous grinding groove; and a control unit for controlling the operation of the dressing mechanism. The control unit: controls the grindstone to rotate about the grindstone rotation axis and controls a dressing tool to rotate about the tool rotation axis, thereby using a pair of dressing surfaces to perform dressing on two adjacent grinding surfaces in the groove width direction; and controls a tool turning part to turn the dressing tool about the tool turning axis, thereby changing the angles of the pair of the dressing surfaces with respect to the two grinding surfaces.
Ce dispositif de dressage comprend : un mécanisme de dressage capable d'effectuer un dressage sur la rainure de meulage d'une meule ayant une rainure de meulage continue en spirale ; et une unité de commande pour commander le fonctionnement du mécanisme de dressage. L'unité de commande : commande la rotation de la meule autour de l'axe de rotation de meule et commande la rotation d'un outil de dressage autour de l'axe de rotation d'outil, ce qui permet d'utiliser une paire de surfaces de dressage pour effectuer un dressage sur deux surfaces de meulage adjacentes dans la direction de la largeur de la rainure ; et commande à une partie de pivotement d'outil de faire pivoter l'outil de dressage autour de l'axe de pivotement d'outil, ce qui permet de modifier les angles de la paire de surfaces de dressage par rapport aux deux surfaces de meulage.
