Summary: | A honeycomb catalyst prepared by utilizing an ultrasonic double-atomization method, and the use of same for the catalytic oxidative degradation of VOCs. The method comprises: firstly, carrying out nitric acid acidification and ethanol hydrothermal activation after a honeycomb carrier is pretreated; weighing a soluble inorganic metal salt solution as a reaction solution, taking ammonia water as a precipitant, and respectively placing the reaction solution and a solution of the precipitant in an ultrasonic atomization device for atomization; and introducing a mist into a closed reactor provided with a surface-treated honeycomb carrier, wherein micro-mist droplets collide in the air and are subjected to a contact reaction on the surface of the honeycomb carrier, so as to produce a hydroxide precursor on the surface of the honeycomb, and then drying and calcining same to obtain a honeycomb-supported transition metal oxide monolithic catalyst. The method is simple in terms of process, and is green and economical; |
