Summary:The invention relates to an aqueous composition comprising: (i) rilpivirine or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof; (ii) a hyaluronidase; and (iii) 0.001-100 mg/mL of at least one excipient selected from the group consisting of: (a) cellulose or a derivative thereof, or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof; and/or (b) an amino acid. The invention also relates to further compositions, kits, and the use of the aqueous composition in the treatment or prevention of a HIV infection in a subject. L'invention concerne une composition aqueuse comprenant : (i) de la rilpivirine ou un sel pharmaceutiquement acceptable de celle-ci ; (ii) une hyaluronidase ; et (iii) de 0,001 à 100 mg/ml d'au moins un excipient choisi dans le groupe constitué par : (a) de la cellulose ou un dérivé de celle-ci, ou un sel pharmaceutiquement acceptable de celle-ci ; et/ou (b) un acide aminé.
