L'invention concerne un ensemble plaque de microtitration qui comprend une base ayant une pluralité de puits et un couvercle ayant une pluralité de parties saillantes correspondant à la pluralité de puits. Chaque partie saillante contient une encoche radiale et une pointe distale inclinée, assurant une étanchéité sans bulles, une rétrodiffusion d'oxygène réduite et une sensibilité accrue même à de petits volumes d'échantillon.
