Abstract | A communication device (40) according to the present disclosure comprises a first communication unit (42), a second communication unit (45), and a control unit (46). The first communication unit (42) performs first communication with a satellite station (40N) by using packets. The second communication unit (45) performs second communication with the satellite station (40N) by using beacons. The control unit (46) uses the first communication unit (42) to transmit the packets to the satellite station (40N) that has successfully performed the second communication with the second communication unit (45) by using the beacons.
