Disclosed are a blockchain technology transaction platform system and a blockchain technology transaction method. The blockchain technology transaction system comprises a developer terminal, a purchaser terminal, an investor terminal, an evaluation terminal, and a blockchain technology transaction platform server. The blockchain technology transaction platform server: receives, from the developer terminal, blockchain technology information about blockchain technology that is the subject of a technology transaction; receives, from the evaluation terminal, technology evaluation information based on the blockchain technology information; receives, from the developer terminal, a selection of the type of the technology transaction, the type indicating whether to sell or attract investments in the blockchain technology; and, according to the selected type of technology transaction, matches the blockchain technology with the purchaser terminal that is to purchase same or performs crowdfunding by collecting one or more investor terminals that are to invest in the blockchain technology. Accordingly, according to the above-described aspect of the present invention, a blockchain technology transaction platform system may be provided which mediates trading or investment attraction by connecting a purchaser who needs blockchain technology that is being or has been developed or an investor who intends to invest in the blockchain technology with the developer.
