Abstract | The present invention relates to: an exterior panel for home appliances, having excellent reflectivity and durability and being applicable to the exterior of various home appliances; a home appliance comprising the exterior panel; and an exterior panel manufacturing method. Specifically, the exterior panel for home appliances comprises: an aluminum substrate which has, on one surface thereof, an engraved pattern having a predetermined width and depth, and which has micro-unevenness formed along the surface of the engraved pattern; a porous aluminum oxide layer formed on the engraved pattern; and a sealing layer for blocking a plurality of pores on the porous aluminum oxide layer, wherein the edge of the aluminum substrate is chamfered (C) or rounded (R).
