Abstract This component supply device comprises: a rotor (30) provided with a through-hole (31) through which a plurality of components are passed in a line in the vertical direction; a component alignment unit (3) that has a rotor storage chamber (34) for storing the rotor (30) so as to be horizontally rotatable about a central axis (CX1) extending through the inside of the through-hole in the vertical direction, and that rotates the rotor by applying air to the rotor storage chamber; a stirring unit (4) having a stirring chamber (40) that is provided with a component input port (41) disposed above the rotor, opening toward the through-hole, and that stirs the plurality of components, the stirring chamber inputting the plurality of components into the through-hole from the component input port; and a component conveyance path (6) that conveys the plurality of components which have passed through the through-hole, while the components are aligned in one row. The stirring unit (4) stirs the plurality of components by introducing the area supplied to the rotor storage chamber (34) into the stirring chamber (40).
