The load multiplier and electric energy generation system and method which constitute the subject matter of the present invention comprise a circuit array which, when coupled to a renewable or non-renewable energy source, can supply an on-grid and/or off-grid output power greater than the input power for use in any project or equipment in the field of renewable energies. The present device (100) aims at multiplying the current (amperes/Watts) captured by the input device (101) and injects this added current into both the battery bank (102) and the inverters (105). This new structure describes a portable device for use in solar power stations, homes, electric automotive vehicles, motorway signalling, commerce or industry, wherever electric energy installations are provided or not, to produce renewable electric energy and charge batteries made of any type of material. Esta nova construtividade descreve um equipamento portátil para instalações em usinas solares, residências, veículos automotores elétricos, sinalização de rodovias, comércio ou indústria, onde exista energia elétrica instalada ou não, para a produção de energia elétrica renovável e carregamento de baterias confeccionadas com qualquer tipo de material.
