Abstract | The present invention has discovered that a sponge-like scaffold comprising soy protein, chitin and a plasticizer has ideal physiochemical and mechanical properties for use as a haemostasis promoter. Therefore, the present invention provides the use of said scaffold for the use in promoting haemostasis in wounds, preferably haemorrhages such as nasal haemorrhage, as well as products which comprise said scaffold for use in promoting haemostasis.
La présente invention a permis de découvrir qu'un échafaudage de type spongieux comprenant des protéines de soja, de la chitine et un plastifiant présente des propriétés physicochimiques et mécaniques idéales pour être utilisé comme promoteur d'hémostase. Par conséquent, la présente invention concerne l'utilisation dudit échafaudage pour favoriser l'hémostase dans les plaies, de préférence les hémorragies telles que l'hémorragie nasale, ainsi que des produits qui comprennent ledit échafaudage pour une utilisation dans la promotion de l'hémostase. |
