Abstract | A light-emitting device according to one embodiment of the present invention may comprise: a first semiconductor layer; a light-emitting layer disposed on the first semiconductor layer; a second semiconductor layer disposed on the light-emitting layer; an electrode layer disposed on the second semiconductor layer; and an insulation coating covering the side surfaces of the first semiconductor layer, the light-emitting layer and the second semiconductor layer, the insulation coating covering from one end part of the light-emitting device on which the electrode layer is disposed to one part of the electrode layer. The electrode layer may comprise: a first surface adjacent to the second semiconductor layer; a second surface facing the first surface and having a smaller width than the width of the first surface; and side surfaces connecting the first surface and the second surface and having an inclination corresponding to an angle in the range of 75° to 90° with respect to the first surface.
Un mode de réalisation de la présente invention concerne un dispositif électroluminescent pouvant comprendre : une première couche semi-conductrice ; une couche électroluminescente disposée sur la première couche semi-conductrice ; une seconde couche semi-conductrice disposée sur la couche électroluminescente ; une couche d'électrode disposée sur la seconde couche semi-conductrice ; et un revêtement isolant recouvrant les surfaces latérales de la première couche semi-conductrice, la couche électroluminescente et la seconde couche semi-conductrice, le revêtement d'isolation recouvrant une partie d'extrémité du dispositif électroluminescent sur lequel la couche d'électrode est disposée sur une partie de la couche d'électrode.
