Abstract | An in vitro analysis and diagnosis detection device and a PCR module. The PCR module comprises a first support (10), a heating and cooling assembly (20), and a window assembly (30). The first support (10) is used to mount a reagent cartridge (40). The heating and cooling assembly (20) comprises a base plate (21) disposed on the first support (10), a semiconductor refrigerator (22) disposed on the base plate (21), and a heat-conducting plate (23) disposed on the semiconductor refrigerator (22). Because a PCR chamber (49) of the reagent cartridge (40) is slightly bulged from a certain pressure, after being compressed by an optical window (31), the other side surface of the PCR chamber (49) is in good contact with the heat-conducting plate (23), thereby greatly reducing the heat conduction loss between the material interfaces. The temperature of the PCR chamber (49) can be controlled more accurately, and the cooling effect is obvious. The overall structure of the PCR module is also relatively simple.
