Abstract Provided in the present application are a control method and a wearable device. The method comprises: a user dismounting the housing of a wearable device from a movement, and replacing the housing; after the user has assembled a replacement housing to the movement, the movement performing identification on feature information comprised on the housing, so as to identify feature information comprised on the replacement housing; and then, on the basis of a pre-stored correlation between parameter information of the housing and the feature information, obtaining parameter information of the housing, such that according to the parameter information of the housing, a corresponding change can be performed on the wearable device, such as a change in a user interface, a change in an operating system and a change in a button function.
