Summary:The present invention relates to a system for monitoring congestion of activation trays, the system comprising: a tray transfer line that transfers a plurality of activation trays each accommodating a plurality of battery cells to an activation process and a subsequent process; a master tray that is disposed between the plurality of activation trays and transferred together with the activation trays along the tray transfer line; a position sensor that is provided in the master tray so as to detect the position of the master tray and to transmit position data thereof; and a control unit that receives location data from the position sensor and monitors the position of the master tray in real time so as to check a congestion section of the activation trays. La présente invention concerne un système de surveillance de congestion de plateaux d'activation, le système comprenant : une ligne de transfert de plateau qui transfère une pluralité de plateaux d'activation contenant chacun une pluralité d'éléments de batterie à un processus d'activation et un processus ultérieur ; un plateau maître qui est disposé entre la pluralité de plateaux d'activation et transféré conjointement avec les plateaux d'activation le long de la ligne de transfert de plateau ; un capteur de position qui est disposé dans le plateau maître de façon à détecter la position du plateau maître et à transmettre des données de position de celui-ci ; et une unité de commande qui reçoit des données de position en provenance du capteur de position et surveille la position du plateau maître en temps réel de façon à vérifier une section d'encombrement des plateaux d'activation. 본 발명은 활성화 트레이 정체 모니터링 시스템에 관한 것으로, 복수개의 전지 셀이 각각 수용된 복수개의 활성화 트레이들을 활성화 공정 및 그 후속공정으로 이송시키는 트레이 이송라인; 상기 복수개의 활성화 트레이 사이에 배치되고, 상기 활성화 트레이와 함께 상기 트레이 이송라인을 따라 이송되는 마스터 트레이; 상기 마스터 트레이에 구비되어 마스터 트레이의 위치를 감지하고 그 위치 데이터를 송신할 수 있는 위치감지센서; 및 상기 위치감지센서로부터 위치 데이터를 수신하여 마스터 트레이의 위치를 실시간으로 모니터링하여 상기의 활성화 트레이의 정체 구간을 확인할 수 있는 관제부를 포함한다.
