Abstract | Provided are particles that provide high detection sensitivity at the time of detecting, from a body, a measured substance such as an antigen and an antibody. The particles contain a rare earth complex and are characterized in that the polydispersity index (pdi) is 0.1 or less when the particle size distribution of the particles is measured by dynamic light scattering, and a hydrophilic polymer is present on a surface of the particles.
L'invention concerne des particules qui fournissent une sensibilité de détection élevée au moment de la détection, à partir d'un corps, d'une substance mesurée telle qu'un antigène et un anticorps. Les particules contiennent un complexe de terre rare et sont caractérisées en ce que l'indice de polydispersité (pdi) est inférieur ou égal à 0,1 lorsque la distribution de la taille des particules est mesurée par diffusion dynamique de la lumière, et un polymère hydrophile est présent sur une surface des particules.
