The particles contain a rare earth complex and are characterized in that the polydispersity index (pdi) is 0.1 or less when the particle size distribution of the particles is measured by dynamic light scattering, and a hydrophilic polymer is present on a surface of the particles. L'invention concerne des particules qui fournissent une sensibilité de détection élevée au moment de la détection, à partir d'un corps, d'une substance mesurée telle qu'un antigène et un anticorps.
