The present invention comprises: a case comprising a front part, a rear part, and a lateral part; a first curved part (120-1) formed on the lateral part; a tape-withdrawing face (120-3) which is formed at one end of the first curved part, and through which tape inside the case is withdrawn; a tape tip (150) which is attached to the end of the tape and which is disposed to be in contact with the tape-withdrawing face; and a hanging part (120-5), which is provided at the first curved part (120-1) and fixes the tape tip during length measurement, wherein the tape tip comprises: a first tip part (152) having a curved part (152a); and a second tip part (154) having a hook (154a) provided at the front of the first tip part so as to be hooked on the hanging part (120-5), and the curved part (152a) of the first tip part comes in contact with a curved part of an object to be measured, in a state in which the hook (154a) is hooked on the hanging part (120-5).
