Abstract | A novel torque transmission connection structure, comprising a driving shaft (1) connected to a turbine engine and a driven shaft (2) connected to a compressor, wherein the driving shaft (1) is sleeved in the driven shaft (2). The outer surface of the driving shaft (1) is provided with a plurality of spherical teeth (3) which protrude outwards in hemispherical shapes, and the spherical teeth (3) are distributed in a plurality of helices along the axial direction of the driving shaft (1). One end of the driven shaft (2) in the axial direction gradually shrinks to form a shrunken end (21), and the other end in the axial direction is gradually enlarged to form an open end (22). A plurality of spiral grooves (6) are provided on the inner surface of the driven shaft (2), and the spherical teeth (3) are screwed into the spiral grooves (6) and generate tensioning axial forces against each other, so that torque transmission efficiency and transmission stability are high.
