An electrode packaging apparatus according to an embodiment of the present invention comprises: a transfer unit for transferring an electrode and a packaging bag in a wound state; and a packaging unit for packaging the electrode transferred by the transfer unit, wherein the packaging unit comprises: a packaging bag support unit for supporting an inlet of the transferred packaging bag in an open state; an electrode support unit for supporting the electrode from the outside of the packaging bag after the electrode is inserted into the packaging bag; and a sealing unit for sealing the inlet of the packaging bag, wherein the electrode support unit includes a gripper for pressing a core of the electrode while the electrode is being inserted into the packaging bag, and a side pad for pressing a side surface of the electrode.
