Abstract | The present disclosure relates to the field of solid-state electrolyte membranes, and in particular to, a simultaneous-type preparation method for a substrate-supported solid-state composite electrolyte membrane, comprising the following steps: a, extruding slurry of molten polyolefin having an ultra-high molecular weight or high density to form a cast membrane; b, uniformly extruding slurry of molten solid-state electrolyte on the surface of the cast membrane at the temperature T1 to form a solid-state electrolyte coating, thereby obtaining a solid-state electrolyte coating-cast substrate; c, stretching the solid-state electrolyte coating-cast substrate at the temperature T2 to obtain a membrane; and d, subjecting the stretched membrane to hot-pressing shaping to control the thickness, and cooling to obtain a solid-state composite electrolyte membrane.
