Abstract A learning-tree-based secure P2P file transmission method is provided. A learning-tree-based secure P2P file transmission method according to an embodiment of the present invention comprises: a step in which agents access a server containing a transmission file including a plurality of encrypted block files; a step in which the server learns a network connection relationship by which the plurality of encrypted block files can be exchanged between the agents; a step in which the server creates a network connectivity agent group by grouping agents having the network connection relationship from among the agents; a step in which the server forms a hierarchical propagation tree including a main agent and sub-agents connected to the main agent through a network in the network connectivity agent group; and a hierarchical propagation tree transmission step in which the server transmits the plurality of encrypted block files to the main agent, and the plurality of encrypted block files is transmitted in a P2P scheme through the hierarchical propagation tree in the network connectivity agent group.
