Abstract | The invention relates to a composition comprising at least one probiotic, an antioxidant compound and polysaccharides from adaptogenic plants for reducing i) the release and/or production of inflammation mediators, in particular cytokines IL-6, TNF-alpha and IL-1beta and/or ii) immunological diseases and/or iii) dysbioses, responsible for disorders of the digestive tract, in particular leaky gut syndrome, which is involved in particular in higher susceptibility to viral and/or bacterial infections.
