Summary: | Disclosed in the present invention are a stannous salt complex catalyst and a method for producing L-lactide by using same. The catalyst is obtained by reacting stannous salt and phosphite in a solvent. The oxidation of divalent stannous ions into tetravalent tin ions can be effectively inhibited, the conversion rate of meso-lactide is effectively reduced, the yield of L-lactide is increased, and L-lactide, the color of which is close to white, is obtained. In the crude lactide generated after a depolymerization reaction, the content of L-lactide is greater than or equal to 95%, the content of the meso-lactide is less than or equal to 3.8%, and the color of residual liquid is ensured to be close to milky white.
