Summary: | The present invention relates to a pressure swing adsorption process, which is an adsorption separation method for purifying hydrogen from a mixed gas in which hydrogen and nitrogen, obtained by decomposing ammonia, and undecomposed ammonia, are contained. After nitrogen and ammonia are adsorbed onto adsorbents, from hydrogen gas containing nitrogen and ammonia, by allowing same to pass through four or more pressure swing adsorption devices filled with the adsorbents, unadsorbed hydrogen is discharged to the upper portion of an adsorption tower to produce purified hydrogen, and hydrogen can be purified and produced from a mixed gas in which hydrogen and nitrogen, obtained by decomposing ammonia, and undecomposed ammonia, are contained, by using a pressure swing adsorption (PSA) process for removing the nitrogen and ammonia adsorbed onto the adsorbents by reducing the pressure to atmospheric pressure, and a vacuum pressure swing adsorption (VPSA) process for removing the adsorbed nitrogen and ammonia by reducing the pressure to vacuum pressure.
La présente invention concerne un procédé d'adsorption modulée en pression, qui est un procédé de séparation par adsorption pour purifier l'hydrogène à partir d'un gaz mixte dans lequel sont présents de l'hydrogène et de l'azote, obtenus par décomposition de l'ammoniac, et de l'ammoniac non décomposé. Après adsorption de l'azote et de l'ammoniac sur des adsorbants, à partir d'hydrogène gazeux contenant de l'azote et de l'ammoniac, en permettant à ceux-ci de passer à travers quatre dispositifs d'adsorption modulée en pression, ou plus, chargés des adsorbants, de l'hydrogène non adsorbé est évacué vers la partie supérieure d'une tour d'adsorption pour produire de l'hydrogène purifié, et de l'hydrogène peut être purifié et produit à partir d'un gaz mixte dans lequel sont présents de l'hydrogène et de l'azote, obtenus par décomposition de l'ammoniac, et de l'ammoniac non décomposé, à l'aide d'un procédé d'adsorption modulée en pression (PSA) destiné à l'élimination de l'azote et de l'ammoniac adsorbés sur les adsorbants par réduction de la pression à la pression atmosphérique, et d'un procédé d'adsorption modulé en pression sous vide (VPSA) destiné à l'élimination de l'azote et de l'ammoniac adsorbés par réduction de la pression à la pression sous vide.
