Abstract A piezoelectric driving element (1) is provided with: a support (10); a plate-like movable part (21) on which a rib (22) is disposed; a pair of meandering piezoelectric actuators (40) each having one end (end part (40a)) supported by the support (10); and a coupling part (50) which couples the other end (end part (40b)) of each of the pair of piezoelectric actuators (40) and the movable part (21) and has higher rigidity than the movable part (21).
