Summary: | A method for manufacturing a display device according to the present invention is characterized by comprising the steps of: supplying semiconductor light-emitting elements in a first chamber containing a fluid; disposing a distribution device, in which a plurality of magnets are arranged, on one side of the first chamber; rotating the distribution device such that the semiconductor light-emitting elements form a continuous pattern along the arrangement direction of the plurality of magnets; and stopping the distribution device such that the semiconductor light-emitting elements are distributed to a plurality of dummies, wherein in the step of stopping the distribution device, the plurality of dummies are formed at positions corresponding to the plurality of magnets.
Un procédé de fabrication d'un dispositif d'affichage selon la présente invention se caractérise en ce qu'il comprend les étapes consistant : à fournir des éléments électroluminescents à semi-conducteur dans une première chambre contenant un fluide ; à disposer un dispositif de distribution dans lequel sont agencés une pluralité d'aimants d'un côté de la première chambre ; à faire tourner le dispositif de distribution pour que les éléments électroluminescents à semi-conducteur forment un motif continu le long de la direction d'agencement de la pluralité d'aimants ; et à arrêter le dispositif de distribution pour que les éléments électroluminescents à semi-conducteur se répartissent en une pluralité de sections mortes. Lors de l'étape d'arrêt du dispositif de distribution, la pluralité de sections mortes sont formées à des positions correspondant à la pluralité d'aimants.
본 발명에 따른 디스플레이 장치의 제조방법은 유체가 담긴 제1챔버 내 반도체 발광소자들을 공급하는 단계; 상기 제1챔버의 일측에 복수의 자석들이 배열된 분배 장치를 배치시키는 단계; 상기 반도체 발광소자들이 상기 복수의 자석들의 배열 방향을 따라 연속적인 패턴을 형성하도록 상기 분배 장치를 회전시키는 단계; 및 상기 반도체 발광소자들이 복수의 더미들로 분배되도록 상기 분배 장치를 정지시키는 단계를 포함하며, 상기 분배 장치를 정지시키는 단계에서 상기 복수의 더미들은 상기 복수의 자석들과 대응되는 위치에 형성되는 것을 특징으로 한다. |
