Abstract | The present invention relates to a laser apparatus using optical fibers for stable laser welding and a laser welding method using same. Hybrid ring mode-shaped laser beams, in which a central beam using fiber laser is positioned at the center of outer beams using diode laser, are used to perform welding by irradiating a to-be-welded portion of an object with the outer beams, the central beam, and the outer beams in this order. Thus, since the welding is performed using the central beam as a heat source in a state in which the to-be-welded portion of the object has been heated with a sufficient amount of heat input, the temperature gradient of the to-be-welded portion is low and solidification cracking does not occur. Also, problems such as spatter and voids can be minimized, and the laser welding is stable, and thus a quality of welding that is uniform and stable overall can be obtained.
La présente invention concerne un appareil laser utilisant des fibres optiques pour soudage laser stable et un procédé de soudage laser utilisant celui-ci. Des faisceaux laser formés en mode d'anneau hybride, dans lesquels un faisceau central utilisant un laser à fibre est positionné au centre de faisceaux externes utilisant un laser à diode, sont utilisés pour effectuer un soudage par exposition d'une partie à souder d'un objet à un rayonnement avec les faisceaux externes, le faisceau central et les faisceaux externes dans cet ordre. Ainsi, comme le soudage est effectué en utilisant le faisceau central comme source de chaleur dans un état dans lequel la partie à souder de l'objet a été chauffée avec une quantité suffisante d'entrée de chaleur, le gradient de température de la partie à souder est faible et aucune fissure de solidification ne se forme. De plus, des problèmes tels que des projections et des vides peuvent être réduits au minimum et le soudage laser est stable et ainsi une qualité de soudage qui est uniforme et globalement stable peut être obtenue.
