Abstract | Provided are a wavelength selection method and a communication apparatus, which are applied to fields such as optical communication, optical switching, digital center networks, microwave photonics, liquid crystal antennas, optical phased arrays, beamforming, beam scanning, laser radar, laser projection, laser televisions, holographic displays, adaptive optics, laser beam shaping, laser machining, ultrafast laser pulse shaping, laser active imaging, optical tomographic scanning, and retinal imaging. When a port of a WSS apparatus is switched, only image data of a localized image in an LCOS image that is changed is updated with a time interval shorter than the duration of a frame of image serving as a unit, and driving voltages of pixels on an LCOS display screen are refreshed according to a priority.
