Abstract | The present invention relates to a method capable of manufacturing a stem cell sheet and, specifically, provides a method for manufacturing a stem cell sheet, the method comprising the steps of: seeding stem cells on one surface of a cell culture membrane, which includes a porous membrane and a cell culture layer on the surface of the porous membrane; and seeding co-culture cells on the opposite surface of the stem cell-seeded surface.
La présente invention concerne un procédé capable de produire un feuillet de cellules souches et, plus particulièrement, fournit un procédé de fabrication d'un feuillet de cellules souches, le procédé comprenant les étapes suivantes : ensemencement des cellules souches sur une surface d'une membrane de culture cellulaire, qui comprend une membrane poreuse et une couche de culture cellulaire sur la surface de la membrane poreuse ; et ensemencement des cellules de co-culture sur la surface opposée de la surface ensemencée en cellules souches.
