Abstract | The present invention provides a (meth)acrylic acid ester-based copolymer (B) having a reactive silicon group indicated in general formula (1). The monomer components constituting said copolymer include a (meth)acrylic acid ester (b1), a (meth)acrylic acid ester-based polymer (b2) having more than one (meth)acryloyl group per molecule, and a chain transfer agent (b3) having a mercapto group. The monomer components further include a monomer (b4) that has a reactive silicon group and a polymerizable unsaturated group, and/or the chain transfer agent (b3) having a mercapto group further has a reactive silicon group. General formula (1): -SiR5 cX3-c (In the formula, R5 represents a substituted or unsubstituted hydrocarbon group having 1-20 carbon atoms. X represents a hydroxyl group or a hydrolyzable group. c represents 0 or 1.)
