The invention is a system (100) that comprises a processor unit (110) configured to receive the answers graded based on the rate of meeting the questions of an evaluation tool that comprises more than one question regarding each digital maturity topic as input in order to determine the digital maturity level of a first organization using a plurality of digital maturity topics. Accordingly, its innovation is characterized in that the said processor unit (110) is configured to realise the steps of accessing a memory unit (120) comprising the evaluation data (121) that contains the evaluation questions and answers answered by multiple organizations, determining the covariance matrix by applying the basic components analysis to the scores regarding each digital maturity topic taking each organization as a point, projecting on to the eigenvectors corresponding to the certain number of largest eigenvalues of the determined covariance matrix, determining the question weights by recycling, calculating the maturity score of the analysed organization according to the question weights and answer scores for each maturity topic, calculating the digital maturity level of the analysed organization according to the calculated maturity score. L'invention concerne un système (100) comprenant une unité de traitement (110) configurée pour recevoir les réponses classées sur la base du taux de satisfaction des questions d'un outil d'évaluation qui comprennent plus d'une question concernant chaque sujet de maturité numérique en tant qu'entrée afin de déterminer le niveau de maturité numérique d'une première organisation à l'aide d'une pluralité de sujets de maturité numérique. Par conséquent, l'innovation de l'invention est caractérisée en ce que ladite unité de traitement (110) est configurée pour exécuter les étapes consistant à accéder à une unité mémoire (120) comprenant les données d'évaluation (121) qui contient les questions d'évaluation et les réponses auxquelles les multiples organisations ont répondu, à déterminer la matrice de covariance par une application de l'analyse de composantes de base aux scores concernant chaque sujet de maturité numérique prenant chaque organisation en tant que point, à projeter sur cette dernière les vecteurs propres correspondant au certain nombre de plus grandes valeurs propres de la matrice de covariance déterminée, à déterminer des poids de question par recyclage, à calculer le score de maturité de l'organisation analysée conformément aux poids de questions et aux scores de réponses de chaque sujet de maturité, à calculer le niveau de maturité numérique de l'organisation analysée conformément au score de maturité calculé.
