Abstract | A friction-stir spot-welding device according to the present invention is provided with a pin member (11) formed in a columnar shape, a shoulder member (12) formed in a cylindrical shape and into which the pin member (11) is inserted, a rotary driver (57) for causing the pin member (11) and the shoulder member (12) to rotate around an axis (Xr) coinciding with the axial center of the pin member (11), and a forward-backward driver (53) for moving the pin member (11) and the shoulder member (12) forward and backward along the axis (Xr), a distal-end portion (120) of the shoulder member (12) being formed in a tapered shape.
Un dispositif de soudage par points par friction-malaxage selon la présente invention est pourvu d'un élément broche (11) adoptant une forme de colonne, d'un élément d'épaulement (12) adoptant une forme cylindrique et dans lequel est inséré l'élément broche (11), d'un dispositif d'entraînement rotatif (57) servant à amener l'élément broche (11) et l'élément d'épaulement (12) à tourner autour d'un axe (Xr) coïncidant avec le centre axial de l'élément broche (11), et d'un dispositif d'entraînement vers l'avant-arrière (53) permettant de déplacer l'élément broche (11) et l'élément d'épaulement (12) vers l'avant et vers l'arrière le long de l'axe (Xr), une partie d'extrémité distale (120) de l'élément d'épaulement (12) adoptant une forme conique.
