Abstract A touch detection apparatus according to an embodiment comprises: a touch panel which includes a plurality of first touch electrodes extending in a first direction and arranged in a second direction crossing the first direction, and a plurality of second touch electrodes extending in the second direction and arranged in the first direction; and a touch driving unit which, in a first section, applies first driving signals to the touch panel so as to generate a resonance signal of a stylus pen, and which, in a second section following the first section, receives detection signals from all of the plurality of first touch electrodes and the plurality of second touch electrodes.
