L'invention concerne un procédé amélioré d'électrophorèse capillaire en gel (ECG) analytique pour des molécules biologiques complexes. Les procédés d'ECG amélioré comprennent des étapes de réduction partielle de la molécule d'analyte biologique à utiliser comme solution-étalon et l'utilisation de cet échantillon d'étalonnage partiellement réduit pour obtenir une courbe d'étalonnage améliorée pour l'ECG à utiliser avec des molécules d'analyte biologique.
