Abstract An active energy ray-curable polyurethane resin that includes a reaction product of a resin raw material that includes an isocyanate group-terminated prepolymer and a hydroxy group-containing unsaturated compound, the isocyanate group-terminated prepolymer including a reaction product of a prepolymer raw material that includes a polyisocyanate component that includes a xylylene diisocyanate and/or a hydrogenated xylylene diisocyanate and a polyol component that includes a polyoxyalkylene polyol that has a number average molecular weight of 6000-12000, and the viscosity of the active energy ray-curable polyurethane resin at 25°C being 20000-40000 mPa·s.
