Abstract A laser element (40) is placed on a placement surface of a first block (10). A plurality of fins (12) are provided to the first block (10) so as to stand upright on the opposite surface from the placement surface. The plurality of fins (12) are disposed in an internal channel (15) so as to be spaced from each other. A plurality of supply holes (21) which supply a cooling medium to the internal channel (15) are formed in a second block (20). The plurality of supply holes (21) are open between the plurality of fins (12) when viewed in a direction in which the first block (10) and the second block (20) are overlapping.
