A master cylinder manufacturing method is provided. The present invention comprises the steps of: molding an inner body which has an open inner hole at one end thereof and a protrusion portion at the other closed end thereof; disposing the inner body in the cavity of a mold formed by assembling a body mold in which the inner body is disposed to a cover mold sealing the open end of the inner body, the body mold having a fixing groove into which the protrusion portion is correspondingly inserted; pouring a molten material into the cavity to mold an outer body which is integrated with the inner body while entirely covering the outer surface of the inner body; and separating a cylinder body having the inner body and the outer body integrated with each other from the mold and post-processing the cylinder body.
