Abstract Provided are: a water repellency-imparting agent that has a significantly high water repellency-imparting effect, and an excellent water repellency-sustaining effect; a thermoplastic resin composition containing the water repellency-imparting agent; and a molded article of the thermoplastic resin composition. This water repellency-imparting agent comprises a graft copolymer (B) obtained by graft polymerization of a vinyl compound (b) to a composite rubbery polymer (A) obtained by combining a silicone rubbery polymer (S) with a (meth)acrylic acid ester. The contained amount of the silicone rubbery polymer (S) in the composite rubbery polymer (A) is preferably 10-65 mass%. This thermoplastic resin composition contains the water repellency-imparting agent. This molded article is made of the thermoplastic resin composition. The thermoplastic resin composition preferably has a surface Si amount of 50-400 cps. La présente invention concerne un agent conférant une hydrophobicité qui présente un effet conférant une hydrophobicité significativement élevé et un excellent effet de maintien de l'hydrophobicité ; une composition de résine thermoplastique contenant l'agent conférant une hydrophobicité ; et un article moulé de la composition de résine thermoplastique.
